Website Terms of Use

These terms govern access to and use of the Roombir website (the Site). By browsing it, the visitor accepts them; anyone who does not agree must leave it. Use of the Platform is governed by the Terms and Conditions of Use accepted at registration, which prevail over these terms in all matters relating to it.

The texts, designs, code, images, videos, trademarks and logos of the Site belong to company name · pending or its licensors and are protected by Argentine Law No. 11,723, Law No. 22,362 and the applicable treaties. No license is granted, except for personal consultation.

Browsing, consulting information, sharing links to the Site and submitting enquiries, demo requests or waiting list requests through the forms.

The following is prohibited, directly or indirectly:

1. a)Copying, reproducing, cloning or replicating the Site or any of its parts (design, texts, structure, components, videos).
2. b)Using scrapers, bots, crawlers or other automated means to extract content, except standard search engines that respect the robots.txt file.
3. c)Reverse engineering the code or the infrastructure of the Site.
4. d)Carrying out security, load or vulnerability tests without prior written authorization.
5. e)Circumventing technical protection measures or usage limits.
6. f)Reproducing the Site through frames, mirrors or copies.
7. g)Using the content to train artificial intelligence models or to build datasets.
8. h)Submitting false or third-party data through the forms.

Roombir is not responsible for the content or practices of linked third-party sites.

Any breach of these terms has severe consequences. Roombir may block access to the Site (by IP address, ranges or agents) without prior notice, retain technical records of the breach and take the applicable legal action. When enforcing a measure, Roombir will contact the responsible party and the matter will be handled exclusively through legal channels.

The Site is provided as is. Roombir does not guarantee its uninterrupted availability and, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, is not liable for indirect damages arising from its use.

The processing of data on the Site is governed by the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

Roombir may amend these terms by publishing them on the Site with their effective date. They are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic and the courts of competent courts · pending, without prejudice to any mandatory rights of consumers.
