Little Hotelier is the small-property system from SiteMinder, the world's largest hotel distributor, and the closest to Roombir in customer size: properties with 1 to 30 rooms. It publishes a pricing calculator, gives a 30-day trial and has a channel manager and payments. It also charges a variable fee per booking, and revenue, the website and metasearch are add-ons.

Its pricing page says variable booking fees apply, calculated on total bookings net of cancellations, on top of the monthly fee. Roombir charges no percentage on what your engine sells.
It depends on how much you sell. With a variable fee per booking, Little Hotelier costs more the better you do; Roombir is a flat fee per property. Its calculator and our plans are published: do the math with your numbers.
