Roombir vs Amenitiz

Amenitiz is the system closest to Roombir in idea: everything in one place, website included, for independent properties with 3 to 30 rooms. It is European —Spain, France, Italy, Portugal— and brings two things we don't: channel manager and payments, plus tax certifications for those four countries. It asks for a one-year contract and the price is confirmed on a call.

Choose Amenitiz if…

  • You are in Spain, France, Italy or Portugal and need certified tax invoicing: VeriFactu, NF525, FatturaPA, SEF.
  • You need a channel manager and card payments from day one.
  • You would rather have a team build your website than build it yourself.

Choose Roombir if…

  • You don't want to sign a year before knowing whether it works for you.
  • You want the price on the website and not “confirmed on the demo”.
  • You are in Latin America, sell in pesos or reais, and need multi-currency with a frozen rate and an assistant that executes.

Frequently asked questions

Does Amenitiz have a lock-in?

According to its own llms.txt file, the contract is one year and the final price is confirmed on the demo. Roombir is monthly with no lock-in, and the price is on the site.

Does Amenitiz work in Argentina or Mexico?

Its site and its llms.txt describe a product for Spain, France, Italy and Portugal, with tax certifications for those countries. We found no pricing, currencies or compliance for Latin America. Roombir was born here: pesos, reais, blue, MEP or CCL rates, and hours on this side of the world.

What does Amenitiz do better?

Three things we won't downplay: a channel manager with 150+ OTAs, integrated payments and certified tax invoicing in its four countries. And an implementation promise —“live in 30 days or the first month is free”— that we think is a good standard.
